Thursday, May 9: Welcome dinner - Bosporus Dinner Cruise (Dinner on the Bosporus cruise with folklore show)

Departure from the hotels around 18:30-19:00 - announcement at the registration desk

Friday, May 10:  The best of Istanbul - Visit Hagia Sophia, Topkapı Palace, Blue Mosque, Hippodrome (optional)

Departure from the conference venue at 14:45 - announcement at the registration desk

The visit is optional and the cost is 35 euro per person (includes: Transport, English speaking guide, entrances fees)

The visit is optional and the cost is 55 euro per person, plus the tax
